Due to overwhelming interest, we’re excited to officially announce The Mommy Wellness Journey—coming to Charleston on July 5, 2025, hosted by I Serve With Joy and powered by Humana Healthy Horizons in South Carolina.

Let’s welcome ✨ Shauna J. Rowland, Lifestyle Strategist and CEO of Live the Seasoned Life, as our vibrant host! Shauna will bring her signature energy and warmth to the stage—along with a live mini cooking demo designed to uplift and inspire moms.

🍼 The day begins with our exclusive Mommy Wellness Baby Workshop—limited to just 75 moms. Attendees will receive baby essentials, engage in expert-led workshops, and connect with trusted local healthcare professionals.

🎁 Then at 3:00 PM, we’ll finish strong with a free open community giveaway, offering diapers, wipes, and wellness items to families across Charleston!
