Red Cross Blood Drive on May 18!

May is Trauma Awareness Month, and the Red Cross reminds donors that it’s vital to have ample supply of blood on the shelves that helps save lives during emergencies.

@ABCNews4 is teaming up with the Red Cross for the “Spring into Action” Blood Drive on Thursday, May 18 at the Citadel Mall and the Charleston Music Hall.

Make an appointment to give blood or platelets as soon as possible by using the Red Cross Blood Donor App, visiting  RedCrossBlood.org or calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767).
