Mallwalkers is a walking program offered free of charge by Roper St. Francis Advantage at the Citadel Mall. In addition to walking, members are entitled to exclusive monthly meetings focused on a variety of health topics.
All Mallwalkers' meetings are held at 8:30am on the third Tuesday of each month in the mall common area near Dillards. Healthcare professionals and community representatives give brief talks on health and wellness topics. A free continental breakfast is provided at each meeting.
